Following surgery, you will be taken into a small recovery room. You will be given a custom medication pack and instructions regarding what to do while in the recovery period.
We provide you with instruction sheets that detail the medications to use every step of the way. You will then be free to go home, where we ask you to patch the uncovered eye.
Next morning remove both patches and discard. Have a shower but avoid water and shampoo from entering directly into eyes. Before leaving home, put on a sunglasses and a peaked cap for your Post Laser Eye check.
In the days following surgery your vision will be slightly blurry and you will be light sensitive. It is important to use your drops as instructed.
